Overview
Pulse is a community of runners who meet every week across the city. Everything from routes to event sign-ups was scattered across group chats and social media.

The challenge
Members needed one place to find runs, sign up and track their progress, and it had to work on the go, on patchy signal, minutes before a run starts.

The approach
I designed and built an installable web app with offline support: weekly runs, route maps, one-tap sign-ups and personal streaks. Organisers get a simple admin view to publish events and message attendees.

The outcome
One link replaced a handful of group chats. Members sign up in seconds, organisers spend less time on logistics and the club finally has a home that matches its energy.
