Overview
Atlas Journeys designs tailor-made trips across several destinations. Travellers loved the trips but dreaded the planning, which lived in long email threads and spreadsheets.
The challenge
Combining flights, stays and experiences across cities meant complex availability rules, live pricing and payments in several currencies, all inside a flow simple enough for anyone.
The approach
I built an interactive trip builder around a live map: travellers drag cities into a route, choose stays and experiences, and watch the price update instantly. Behind it, a robust API handles availability, holds and secure payments. The whole flow is designed for mobile first, where most trips are first imagined.
The outcome
Trip planning moved from inboxes into one delightful flow, giving the team more time to craft journeys and travellers a clear picture of their adventure before they book.
